Restaurant menu printing in Cluj-Napoca

The DL format (99×210 mm) is practical for drinks, desserts or the daily menu, because it fits easily on the table. A single A4 sheet printed on both sides holds a short bistro menu, while A3 folded to A4 gives four pages for a full menu with starters, mains and drinks. A5 is used for table menus on terraces and for event menus. For the chosen format, the configurator shows the available finishes (single fold, tri-fold, stapling) and paper weights, from thin sheets for inserts to 300 gsm card.

For tasting menus, wine lists or event menus, the premium stationery range offers DL and A4 menus on Fuego paper in white or cream felt and white linen. The texture is noticeable to the touch and gives the menu a fine-dining feel without a glossy laminate. Large dark areas may print slightly unevenly on textured paper, so for a menu with a black background we recommend standard card.

Send a PDF at the final size, with 2 mm bleed and text at least 4 to 5 mm from the cut edge. For easy reading in dim evening light, don't go below 8 points for body text and align prices in a column so the eye finds them quickly. Convert fonts to outlines and work in CMYK. For a folded menu, check the page order: in the PDF, page 1 is the cover and the last page is the back. We look at the file before printing and tell you what needs fixing.

Prices and seasonal dishes change often, so we recommend short runs, reprinted whenever you change the menu, rather than a large stock that goes out of date. A menu on thick 300 gsm card stands up better to daily handling. For the rest of your venue's communication, see window graphics for opening hours and a logo on the door, and flyers for delivery orders.
