The insert for street panels is printed in two formats, A1, with an overall size of 594×841 mm, and B1, with an overall size of 700×1000 mm, the same two sizes you select in the online configurator for Wind Pro frames. Around the artwork we add 3 mm of bleed on every side, so the colour reaches the edge of the insert without a visible white sliver, and we keep a 15 mm safety margin inside the edge, because the Wind Pro frame itself covers that border and any text or logo placed closer risks being partly hidden once the insert is clipped in. For a panel fixed to a façade or mounted on a rigid board that does not match A1 or B1, the size is set from the available surface and goes on a custom quote rather than a standard listed format. If you already own a Wind Pro frame bought elsewhere, check the exact size before ordering the insert, so there is no gap between the insert and the frame once it is slotted in. Tell us the exact size of your existing frame before sending the final file, because a gap of a few millimetres between insert and frame becomes obvious as soon as it is mounted.

Send a vector PDF at the real size of the chosen format, A1 or B1, with the 3 mm bleed added on each side on top of the finished dimension. Convert all text to outlines before exporting; a missing font at our end silently changes the letterforms; outlining text preserves the intended appearance. Keep anything that matters (logo, contact details, a QR code) inside the 15 mm safety margin, away from the border the frame covers. Send colours in CMYK rather than RGB, because a screen shows tones that a large-format printer cannot reproduce exactly, and the gap is most visible on saturated red, green and blue. We check every file before production and flag precisely what needs fixing: resolution under 150 dpi at real size, insufficient bleed or text sitting too close to the edge, instead of letting you find out at installation.
