Custom labels printed in Cluj-Napoca

Labels are printed on white or transparent vinyl, matte or gloss laminated against handling and moisture. For products that go in a fridge or get wiped down we pick an adhesive rated for it, and for curved bottles we adjust the shape so the label does not wrinkle. Contour cutting on the Graphtec handles rounded corners and custom outlines, and kiss-cut sheets keep application quick when you are labelling by hand.

The labels we print are used for commercial marking of products, for jars and bottles from in-house production, for gift boxes, for cosmetics or cleaning bottles, and for secondary warehouse packaging, such as shipping boxes or pallets marked with a batch and destination. For food contact, check the material specification for your intended use before ordering. Companies often order batches of labels with a serial number or small text variations, for internal stock identification, while branding label sets complement boxes or bags that are already printed. For products exposed to moisture or condensation, the choice of material matters more than for a label applied to a dry box, a point we discuss specifically for each order.

For rectangular labels we work with adhesive paper, and for shapes cut to a custom contour we use white vinyl with matte or glossy lamination, also suitable for labels exposed to frequent handling; lamination reduces the risk of scratching, and the material is chosen according to exposure to water, condensation and handling. The configurator offers square presets at 50, 70 and 100 mm per side, in runs of 50, 100 or 250 pieces, starting from the same references used for stickers. The maximum width we can print without a seam is 1370 mm, and the minimum size for a contour-cut element is 10 mm. For rectangular labels of other sizes or special shapes, send the file and we prepare the matching configuration; the presets remain a quick starting point, not a limit on what we can produce from a custom file.

For rectangular labels, a PDF or vector file at the exact desired size is enough, without a separate cut line, because the edge of the rectangle is itself the cut line. For labels cut to a custom contour, you need a vector cut line separate from the artwork, which the Graphtec plotter follows. If you only have a PNG with a transparent background, we build the contour from the edge of the visible area; we send you the resulting image before cutting so you can check the shape and proportions of the design. Before placing the order, we recommend actually measuring the container the label will be applied to, since a size from a technical sheet may differ slightly from the actual item you receive. For text with numbers, barcodes, prices or ingredients, check every line carefully before sending the file to print, because once a run starts, we cannot correct copies already printed. If you have doubts about color or how a label looks on a curved surface, you can ask for a test print on plain paper before the final run.

Standard production in 3–5 working days, express 48 h or urgent 24 h on request. When a deadline is tight we run custom labels in urgent mode, provided the artwork arrives print-ready.
