Custom stickers printed in Cluj-Napoca

Stickers are printed on white, clear or holographic vinyl, or adhesive paper from the configurator depending on where they end up: a flat window, a curved helmet, a machine that gets washed. Laminate goes on everything that lives outdoors or gets touched, glossy or matte as you prefer. Contour cutting happens on a Graphtec plotter, which follows any shape your file describes, and kiss-cut sheets keep small stickers easy to peel. For shop windows we also cut reverse-side application, so the sticker reads correctly from the street.

Die-cut stickers most often end up on product packaging, on laptops and phones, on shop windows for opening hours or a logo, on storage boxes, on equipment and machinery for marking, or on bottles and jars as labelling sets. Other orders are for events, with small stickers handed out as promotional items, or for internal branding across several office surfaces. For individual stickers, select the shape and size for your surface. For window or vehicle graphics, send photographs and measurements for a project quote.

The configurator offers four starting sizes for square or round stickers, 50, 80, 100 and 150 mm per side or diameter, but any side can be adjusted manually, from a minimum of 10 mm up to a maximum of 1370 mm, the limit set by the usable width of the roll material. If the artwork has an irregular shape, the configurator cuts the exact contour sent, not just a rectangle or circle from the standard list. For quantity, we start from small runs, 10 or 25 pieces, and move up through 50, 100, 250, 500 to 1000 pieces in a single order; for larger quantities, send the request separately and we work out the details from the file. The available materials are white vinyl with matte or glossy lamination, clear vinyl, holographic vinyl, and adhesive paper for the rectangular option; the choice between them depends on the look you want and the surface the sticker goes on, not on a single material fit for every use.

For contour cutting, the ideal file is a vector PDF with a cut line kept on its own layer, separate from the artwork, so the Graphtec plotter follows that line exactly, without guesswork. If you don't have a vector file, we also accept a PNG with a transparent background, from which we build the cut path automatically along the edge of the visible area; the result depends directly on how clean that edge is in the original file, and very fine details or sharp corners can come out slightly rounded compared with a hand-drawn contour. For text, we recommend converting it to outlines before export, so the font stays identical on any system. Colours should be sent in CMYK, because a screen shows shades that large-format printers cannot reproduce identically, especially in saturated tones. We work with vector PDF and PNG files; other file formats can be converted, but we flag any quality loss from that conversion before sending the order into production.
