We make printed rigid boards for companies, offices, clinics, building sites and stands: Forex PVC foam board in 3, 5 or 10 mm, 3 mm Dibond for long-lasting outdoor use, and Akylux for light boards for short campaigns. We print the artwork on vinyl in our Cluj-Napoca workshop, laminate it, mount it on the board and cut to size. Every board is made on quote, with the lead time confirmed before production.
Forex (white PVC foam board) is light, rigid and easy to mount. The 3 mm board suits indoor signs, office plates and rigid posters; the stiffer 5 mm board is used for company plates and entrance signs; 10 mm is for large pieces that have to stand straight on their own, such as stand décor. 3 mm Dibond, a composite with aluminium faces, does not warp in the heat and is the choice for long-lasting outdoor use, on façades and entrances exposed to the sun. 3.5 mm Akylux (fluted polypropylene) is very light and suits temporary boards: for-sale or to-let signs, short campaigns and events.
Company and opening-hours plates at the entrance, signs for offices, medical practices and office buildings, rules and information boards for customers, stand and trade-fair décor, and for-sale or to-let boards for property. Send a vector PDF at the final board size, with 3 mm bleed on each side and text and logo at least 1 cm from the edge. Convert fonts to outlines and work in CMYK; photos need enough resolution at real size, not enlarged from a small file. Tell us how the board will be mounted (screws, standoffs, double-sided tape or a stand) so we keep fixing areas free of text. We check the file before production and point out anything that needs fixing.
Boards are cut rectangular as standard, to the size you need. Rounded corners and other shapes are agreed on quote, depending on material and thickness. For very large pieces, the maximum size depends on the material sheet size and is confirmed in the quote; a larger composition can be split across several boards placed side by side, with the joint kept away from the text.
Printed rigid boards are made on quote, because every project has its own size, mounting place and quantity. Message us on WhatsApp with the size, the material you want (or the mounting place, indoors or outdoors, so we can recommend one), the quantity and attach your logo or artwork if you have it. You get a written quote, with the production date confirmed before we start, never after. You can collect the order from our workshop at Strada Victor Babeș 37 in Cluj-Napoca, or we ship it by courier in 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Romania and the European Union.
