Measure the usable space between fixing points and keep the area around information clear enough to read. If a support already exists, provide a front-facing photograph and its dimensions. For a replacement insert in an existing frame, confirm the exact frame format before creating the artwork. Choose text size according to the content and reading distance. The person responsible for the project should confirm the applicable display requirements and all information that will be printed.

We organise the main title and secondary fields for easy reading. Check names, numbers and dates on the proof before approval. If project information changes, send the updated details for a revised layout. For fence graphics, include your vector logo, fence measurements and installation photographs.
