Very detailed or photographic artwork is something we will tell you honestly does not belong on flex. You can supply the garments yourself, which we do not invoice, or we source them for you as part of the quote.

The choice of format depends on personal preference and the type of design used. It helps to decide in advance the application area (front or back) and the desired format, so the graphic file can be prepared correctly.

For good results with flex technology, the submitted file should contain flat colors, without gradients or color transitions, since this type of foil is cut based on uniform colors. A vector file is recommended, though not mandatory, as it allows for more precise cutting of outlines; a good-quality raster file can also be used, keeping in mind that very fine edges or gradients cannot be reproduced accurately. Before placing an order, it helps to confirm three elements: the desired t-shirt sizes, the chosen colors for both the t-shirt and the foil, and the exact placement of the graphic (front or back, and the chosen format among A6, A5, A4 or A3). These confirmations help avoid misunderstandings and achieve a product that matches expectations.
