Custom printing: banners and large format, posters and flyers (paper), stickers, roll-ups, panels. Every product is made to order from the file and options chosen by the customer.
Prices in RON, VAT included (21 %, or the VAT of the destination country under the OSS scheme). The final price and shipping cost are confirmed at payment.
An order is binding once paid. The seller checks feasibility (file, dimensions, lead times) and may refuse an order that cannot be produced, with a full refund.
Secure card payment through Revolut, or bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The seller does not store any card data.
Lead time = production (standard or express) + shipping, depending on the area. Delivery across the European Union. Lead times are estimates.
Under European Union law, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (custom prints) are NOT covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges this exclusion.
If a product is not as ordered (printing defect, manufacturing error), contact us: we remake it or refund it, depending on the case.
